He has 30 plus years experience in commercial and residential construction and was an OSHA safety trainer for 10 and 30 hour certifications. He is Licensed in Ohio (OH#2022006790) and has passed the National Home Inspector Examination, he is also a member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI)
